Refund Policy
- We offer refunds for purchased goods under specific conditions.
- BAVE ELECTRONIC is not responsible for damages occurring after product delivery.
- Refunds do not include delivery charges, which are non-refundable through our delivery partners.
- To file a claim for missing items, leakage, damage, defects, or incorrect products, an unboxing video with intact packaging is mandatory.
- If the package appears tampered with, defective, or damaged, kindly refuse it from the delivery partner upon receipt.
- Claims for refunds must be submitted within 24 hours of order delivery with all necessary details.
- To initiate a refund claim, contact our customer care via WhatsApp at +919000000000, and provide relevant images and videos.
- If an order shows as delivered but is not received within 3 days, contact our customer care immediately. No refunds will be processed after this period.
- Approved refunds may take up to 15 days from acceptance by BAVE ELECTRONIC to be credited.
Return Policy
- In cases of severe damage, leakage, breakage, or missing items due to transit, refunds or exchanges can be arranged following verification of our policies.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped from our warehouse.
- Cancellation requests are not accepted after 12 hours from order placement.
- Cancellations can only be processed before orders are dispatched from our warehouses. A 2.5% gateway charge applies to cancellations.
